Our junior team was in Poland this week-end for the annual tournament hosted by Seido Karate Poland. As usual, a great event organized by fellow instructors and students in Krakow.

Competition was around Kata and point sparing. We achieved great results and came back with a happy team in London. We cannot wait to see Seido Poland coming to London for our next event in the UK!
